Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and maximize sales results.
• Regularly update and maintain customer databases and records.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Emirati National with valid UAE residency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
